Thank you for considering Soir Noir Studio for your photography needs. Please review our terms of service below, which includes our cancellation policy:

Booking and Deposit

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit payment and a signed contract within 72 hours of the initial booking. The deposit amount is 50% of the total package cost, and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours after the photoshoot date or on the agreed date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

If we do not receive the deposit payment and a signed contract within 72 hours of the initial booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. If you cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the photoshoot date, you will not be entitled to a credit of your deposit payment. However, if you cancel the reservation more than 48 hours before the photoshoot date, we will give you credit to re-schedule the session on a further date.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before the photoshoot date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, subject to our availability.

Copyright and Ownership

All photographs taken by Soir Noir Studio are the exclusive property of Soir Noir Studio. The client has a limited license to use the photographs for personal use only or commercial use when written permission has been granted. The client may not sell or publish the photographs without written permission from Soir Noir Studio.
